I like the way that looks... Have you had any issues with cracked lenses yet?

I dont have this mod on my bike but I imagine no...they are placed higher then the frame and if he was to take a tight turn, he would rub the pegs before he would hit the lights..so I imagine they are perfectly safe there

Nope!! I did that mod 4 years ago I think and I have added 15k miles since and no cracked lens. They are a little scratched from the tiny bits of crap on the road, but nothing noticeable unless you get down on the ground and look. The sig housing are still 100% too.

Hi, did you install the mirrors & take off the standard indicators? if yes, did you unplug them or just cut and hide the wires???

You can't just unplug them. They run through with the switch housing wires. Just cut and cap them...

These (in chrome) are the turn signals I want on mine, BUT, since I've spent my "bike fund" on other items they'll have to wait. I did clamp-style relocation brackets since I bought a Memphis Shades Batwing fairing - around $40 and took less than an hour (and a full beer); gotta shorten and hide those cables now....

They stick out more than I'd like, but I'll get something more suited when I get the newer Joker Machine (or similar) styled turn signals.

Good luck!
