Eddie is definitely a good guy in my book, no pressure sales and gets what you want with an awesome price. I think they work off of a "pot" commission at Long Branch Harley so they all work "together". When I was in the market for my first bike super gilde custom Ocean County Harley gave me the run around so I walked out and never looked back. Really glad I did that.
Trading in my 2009 sportster iron that I had set up like a cafe racer. Had a lot invested but want her to ride with me and be comfortable. Got $6500 for the trade in and $6500 out the door. Wasn't sure about the $13,000 otd on a 2012, but I feel much better now
you guys suck!!!!!! haha my bike was on the floor for 16,999 when i got it new in 2008. i paid less than that but you guys still got a better deal than me!
Picked mine up her in Ca OTD at about 14300. With a 5year extended warranty. Course I ordered it in January somewhere around India I think. Mine has been mine since it started down the assembly line.
I got mine the end of June. Bare bones 2012 Street Bob, Vivid black. OTD for $12,499. Didn't pay taxes, no freight or paperwork fees or anything. Then got $400 worth of gift cards for the dealership, and a chesk for $1,250 cash back. So after you take out all the money they gave back I was at $10,849 when it was all said and done. Worth Harley Davidson North in Kansas City, MO has amazing deals for the military, and past military.
Did you get any extras? Certain % off parts for the first month, free first service or anything like that? Did this dealership have any 2013 Street Bobs on the floor and offer you a better price for the '12? Just curious to see what dealers in different states are offering customers. Congrats on the bob!! You got it for a great price IMO.
I got mine with the passenger pillion, mounts and pegs. I had also asked the parts manager to ask if the stock wide glide backrest would work on a street bob. He found one in the back that had been taken off a bike and we figured out it'd work. Before I left we started talking again and he ran back and got the backrest and put it in my backpack for me. Gotta love free parts. Setup is good and I'm trying to keep this one as stock as possible. All I really want now is highway pegs for a long run I'm doing next year. I didn't see any 2013's at my dealer yet.
