I had several private messagesquestioning the yellow lock that appears in the rearthe pic of my DWG on the Saddle Bag post. I thought I'd address it here too since so many were curious.
It's actually a gun lock from Project Child Safe.www.ProjectChildsafe.org. I like it because the cable and lock are rubber coateg. I also like it because it's FREE!

I have another that I use up front on my quick detach windscreen. It's not saw proof and the lock probably won't survive a shot in the old TV commercials. But it is a deterrent for a thief who might be looking for an easy steal and if I'm parked someplace where I feel uneasy about walking away from my costly accessories, having them eases my mind a bit.
