Default Fat Bob 1/4 Fairing ***NEW DESIGN***

For those interested in a Ness style 1/4 fairing for a fat bob similar to the ones in the attached files from the link below I may have a solution.

https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...pics-help.html

I spoke with Doug at Dougz Custom Paint and Fabrication and he said he would design a sweet fairing with the proper mounting hardware if enough people showed interest (20 people or so). From what I have read on multiple forums many people are interested in 1/4 fairing vs. a batwing fairing for the dual headlight configuration on the Fat Bob.

Doug said he would prioritize the design of this fairing if we could get several people to preorder by sending Doug a $10 deposit. This deposit would be fully refundable in the event you didn't like the final design. Doug is highly reputable and your money is safe. The deposit is a small token of goodwill to demonstrate to Doug that there is a market.

If you are on board please contact Doug at doug@dougz.com or www.Dougz.com and send in a deposit. Please reply to this thread if you choose to do this so we can track the number of people who are sincerely interested.

I will be sending a check to Doug on Monday.

Thanks,

Chris

If I was going to install one (I already modified my front end), I like the second one best.......

That's just me.

I'm interested. Looks like Doug does some great work. What about a bob dron type fairing set up for our twin headlights?

The pics are a photoshoped example from another post on this forum. There is a link to this post above. Go there to see larger images. The pics are just an example of what could be done. Sounds like everyone is interested in a Ness style fairing. If you dont want to preorder one at least e-mail Doug and let him know that your interested. I am trying to prove to Doug that there is somewhat of a market for a Fat Bob fairing.

Thanks,

Chris

i cant see the pics but the batwing Doug has on his site looks sick.

any idea of how much the finished product would be?

count me in if it's not corbin-like in price i'd like a batwing too- would be cool if they were quick release..would pay extra for that.
