Default Progressive drop in question

Just ordered the progressive droP in kit for my front end. Question is do I have to lower my rear at all? My bike has a 21" front. And stock rear shocks I believe are 12". I have the customs bags so I dont think I could drop the rear even if I wanted to... Any help ???? Btw bike is 08 fxdl

personally I would leave it level, down the road if you want it lower you can always slip the tubes in the trees
