ditch them short shots, i had them when i had my night train then ditched them for a 2-1 pro pipe, i am a 100% sold on 2-1 systems they make power you can feel over a drag pipe like the short shot , i have the 2-1 bassani road rage on my switch back and love it, has a great look and better sound that my pro pipe...i do have to say that i did love the loud as hell sound my short shots had with no baffles..
I have short shot and I still want more sound, am I crazy?
I agree. Your not crazy, just deaf hehehehe (oops) HEHEHEHE

V&H 2into 1 pro pipe system isn't much more expensive than those big shots and looks longer according to the pictures, performance difference would definitely be that noticable? Interesting. I imagine that performance increase would make it more fuel efficient too... or would it not. Which ones are louder? According to youtube, the pro pipe sounds like it has a mellow but throaty tone to it.

I just went with a V&H Propipe chrome.. it's kinda loud but it has a much better sound than my V&H Sideshots or the supermeg that just came off after breaking..the power is better too.. Dennis Kirk has a good price on them..
