Default Lowering Street Bob with a Passenger

I did a look through the forums and found a ton of info, but was hoping for a thread more specific to what I'm looking for. I am picking up a 2012 Street Bob in the next few weeks (was supposed to be a Fat Boy Lo last fall, but it sold on me and I've always wanted a Bob anyways). Long story short, I want to lower it, get myself closer to the ground. I'm only 5'2" and my inseam is maybe 26" so its always a challenge. I am looking at getting an 11" shock, maybe 11.5" and the super reduced solo seat. I will be adding the rigid solo rack and a pillion. From what I've read, Burly or Progressive is the way to go, but I don't know if I should get the heavy duty or not. I ride mostly solo, and my wife is taking the nightster for herself, but she has said she will like to be on the back of mine occasionally. We're both in the 170 lb range. Like I said, she won't be on a ton, but we want something that can handle it fairly decently when she is. And I'm wondering if I go with the heavy duty if it will be too much for my weight when I'm solo. Finally, should I be doing anything to the front end as well? Thanks for the input!

+1 if you use HD springs you will have too stiff a ride and it wont be comfortable for the long haul.
