Default Big Sucker filter question
Hey guys, I am wanting to get a BS but cant decide which filter to get. I've been looking for a while but can't figure out what (if any) the difference is between the standard red filter or the stainless steel jacketed filter. Is it just a looks thing? Thanks for any help.

As far as I know, the only difference is color. Also, may have a chrome backing plate.

I ordered the chrome one with the chrome backing plate since it would fit my bike best as far as looks.

Ok thanks, that why I was looking at the stainless jacketed one because it has the wrinkle back plate and cover to match my motor.

I got the satin BS and sprayed the plate with a matte black engine paint. Came out nice.

After you wash the BS1 filter element, it becomes natural color, the red is actually filter oil.

Sounds like a Hover vacum cleaner and adds no improvement in power.
