I keep blowing fuses for headlight..put one in blow it immediatly, high and low beam...cant see a short...any ideas??

 

Check the socket that the bulb plugs into, maybe the wires have melted down a little.

 

It is 1 of 2 things, you either have a short or you are using too small of a fuse...

Find the short.

When did it start, after someone worked on something, or just started out of the blue without anything being touched?

 

Unplug the light and pop in a new fuse. If it blows the correct size fuse, then it's in the wiring.
By chance were you ever running one of the 110 watt bulbs?

Check your wiring in the left switch housing for the hi lo switch. Maybe it is pinched.
