Default Hollow bolt
Need a hollow bolt to run my rear turn signal wires through ,had to move my sigs. back and don't want to drill another hole.Heard some people use a lamp post stud but they don't make them for the size I need 5/16 x 3". I looked everywhere to get an idea but no luck .any help would be appreciated working on the 05 WG if that helps any

Get the bolts you need from the hardware store - any idiot with a lathe can put a hole in them.

Harley makes a relocation kit that comes with hollow studs to run wires through that let's u keep signals in factory location when adding detachable equipment to the back.

Try an electrical supply house.........they even make adapters for different size threaded rods.

I bought a shorter stem looks like the stock stem only shorter.And yes I gave the bolt s to a friend that has a lathe but I may never see those bolts again .I called a bolt supply house today FASTENALL and they were clueless

just put a regular bolt in a vise,and drill a hole through it.. easy enough, i have done it hundreds of times for signals
