I follow this thread and have posted to it a few times. My issue is seeing a challenge, then going out to try and meet it only to find out the challenge has been meet and move on to a new one. It doesn't always happen , but it does. I am not going to suggest this be a rule, but always thought that a photo challenge that had a time limit per challenge, say a week (Monday - Saturday), where anyone can meet the challenge and post their pic during that week. The following Sunday a new challenge could be presented by any of the individuals that meet the challenge, the first one offered up sets the challenge. This would get more photos posted and get more idea's put out there, I would think anyways.

IMO this situation is covered by guidline # 4:
4. If you happen to be out getting a shot for the most current challenge and come back to find out that the challenge has already been met, post your pic anyways (after all we want to see the cool pics). Just note in the post that the challenge that your pic meets has already been met and reaffirm what the current/new challenge is.

If someone has difficulties in finding a new challenge I do not mind repeating an old challenge that hasn't been met or repeating a challenge from # 1-200.
Here's what I'd like to suggest:
Let's move on with the game and add the italic text above to the "guidelines"?
First off, thanks Rene for keeping the peace and keeping the momentum going.
It does get difficult coming up with new destinations, the more creative we have to get , the more difficult it is to meet the requirements of the current challenge. I have no issue with repeats, it could even be as suggested earlier, anything older than two years is fair game. Anything too keep it going and make it fun and easy.
Ya know, eventually we're going to have to repeat challenges as the one's that are left over would be so "location unique"that only the challenger would/could get.
I don't really care about "the list" anyway.
Screw rules.

Not interested in these "rules" as they're too limiting. Maybe this thread is done, after all.
It was fun until the rules became an issue...
Not sure I can blame him for the comment with the passive aggressive message discreetly hidden in your post.
Ok, we need a compiled listing of the "rules" someplace up-front,
1st page, maybe you ackman1968 can modify/edit your first post to show us the rules.
There have been times I've needed to find "the list" and had to scroll back several pages to find it.
Having all that info in an easy to find location will help.
48hr Rule,, challenge not met or changed. Let's start new for the weekend.
New Challenge;
Your bike with 2 or more County road or Hyw signs that add up to 25. But no single sign of 25,, it's got to be 2 or more with math involved.

Are we adding mileage, road numbers or a combination? If your going to try to make me do math I'm going to ask tough questions!!!
