Default Signal relocation question

Has anyone done a front signal relocation, the one that mounts them to the pinch bolt it tube, using bullet type signals? Specifically, signals that use a hollow bolt that the wires run through. I've got to move mine, they're mounted on top of the lower triple tree, after I install the fairing and I don't want to use the stock signals. Any info is appreciated.

well... you cant run a hollow bolt as a triple tree pinch bolt... the wires would have nowhere to go... perhaps a bracket of some sort?

Yeah that's what I'm asking. Has anyone done it? I've got mini bullet signals and don't want to go back to the big stock ones or spend $100 on something else.

I have the drag specialties mounts that go where the pinch bolts are. I opened them, but never used them. If your interested I can give you the part number so you can see if you want them $15 shipped. Otherwise I think there was a mod in the under $50 thread for using parts from the stock mounting hardware.

Here's the issue. The kuryakyn mini bullets I have don't have an opening to run the wires through other than the hollow bolt. I've looked at a bunch of relocation kits but all that I've seen have the wires coming out of the signal in a place other than the mounting hole if that makes sense.

Can you drill a small hole in the mini bullets you have for the wires ? If that not an option, I know you said you didn't wanna spend a 100.0 bucks on nothing new,but have you checked into custom dynamics tru flex I got the 1 1/2 ones for signals for the rear for 34.00 shipped plan on doing the same with the front
