I guess you're not talking about your derby cover cause a gasket and silicone should do the trick. As glebo said, did you change out parts, torque something on unevenly, add a new part that's machined wrong?

i cleaned all surfaces.a new gasket ansd silocone on both sides of it.and it still leaks in 3 places 1 on top and the others on bottom the primary chain cover is a drag specialties. no pics right now

Did you torque all the screws in the proper order? You need to tighten them in the sequence specified in the manual. If so, check the primary cover for warpage. Place it on a flat surface like a saw table and make sure it is flat.
