Yep, that's what's behind my derby cover. You'll want to replace this gasket whenever changing the primary fluid. Only costs a few bucks and you're good to go.
I have the same type of gasket on my evo. I keep a spare and when I service the bike, I use the old one until it begins to leak then I change it and go by another spane. I have been able to use mine up to 3 times. But only torque to specs. Do not overtightten. I use just a little blue loctite on my bolts.
Don't use loctite and don't use never seize. They stopped using the o rings in 05 and went to the "frisbee". Thn the 06 dyna's and all 07 up Harley used a new oring, unless you have a P&A derby cover, then you use a frisbee.
I have reused the o ring on the primary twice now without a problem but I am a cheap ***. I have one of those gaskets in my toolbox in case I need it. Anti-seize is your friend as far as I am concerned.

I only use one small drop of blue loctite. Torque specs are minimal for these screws and these machines do vibrate. Never had a problem getting mine off. I have had problems getting my buddy's off, because they overtighten them.
I think they are like 15 bucks a piece, I've had mine off and on 3 times now and don't plan on replacing until it leaks. Saved 45 bucks already. There isn't any oil pressure in there, just a splash oil bath. And I use blue loctite and tourqed. I don't want the damn thing to fall off a hundred miles from home... Like wideglide said these things do vibrate.
