07 FXDB - Rear strut bolt outta whack

07 FXDB - Rear strut bolt outta whack
Hey gang,
Slight issue here. I've relocated my turn signals to my license plate bracket to accommodate new bags. I have a detachable backrest and am using cycle visions bare backs as my bag mounting option. suddenly my right side rear-most strut bolt is out of whack. It's actually visibly skewed if you look down at the 4 bolts from above. I've pulled out the brass backing support from inside the fender and it appears straight. Really is making it a bugger to take the bags and backrest off and on quickly.... I've tried to shim the one side of the bolt... which kinda works... but not ideal and also brings the whole attachment point out a fraction...
Anyone ever seen this before? Think of a fix?
