Default Saddlebag Hardware question

I bought a used pair of saddlebags (Part Number 90369-06D) for my '13 Wide Glide and will not be receiving the mounting hardware with them. Does anyone know what bits and pieces I'll need to get them mounted up?

I know that the license plate and signals need to be relocated. I only need info on the mounting hardware. Thanks.

I got that. I guess I should have been more specific. The spacers that are mentioned in the installation instructions; are they regular metal spacers that I can just pick up at Ace Hardware or are they different, like rubber? I was thinking that they could be made from rubber, or something, for vibration isolation to prolong the life of the plastic built into the backside of the bag...

Yup, that's all they are,, and they are metal.
I have an earlier model of the same bags on my 09. They just bolt to the inside brackets,, the bolts are common thread,, nothing special, simple hardware store stuff works.
I actually didn't like the spacers, they held the bags out too far.
I used 1 - 3/8 washer in front and 2 in back to spread'm out from the strut,, and one each on the inside against the poly,, but your right,, I used a homemade rubber washer I made from bicycle inner tube I had here.
I used the rubber as one piece against the strut and one piece inside between the washer and poly at each mount point,, does that make sense?
Your gonna need longer bolts and some washers,, if ya wanna buy rubber washers instead of making them do it,, no big deal the hardware store will have what ya need.

It's a dickens,, and you'll cuss before your done. The only tip I can offer is do one side at a time of course, loosen both bolts, get yer hand up under there and hold the bracket,, loosen the rear till it's almost ready to drop off, keep the threads, know what I mean? It's the OD of the bracket that fit's through the fender and strut,, then take the front bolt out, put the bag on with just the front bolt and washers,(that's why I liked my homemade washers- they were tight enough to hold things together) one bolt, then bring the rear up to position next.
I find it easiest to mount just the front of the bag first,, the front bolt,, get it started,, then you can go to the back.
It's not that bad, but the hardest part is keeping the bracket OD in it's position through the fender and strut so you don't cross thread
