My bike went into my local Harley dealer Last Saturday, I also gave them the print out re the Harley service bulletin on excessive Dyna vibration....
They didn't appear to know about the service bulletin......
Hopefully should be sorted and I'll be able to pick it up this week end.
Service bulletins are sent out to ALL harley dealers (i asked harley customer service) cause i knew those bastereds were lieing to my face, dont belive anything a (THAT) dealer tells you...... they lie about EVERYTHING.
Well I've got my bike back from the dealers and quite frankly the vibes are no better than before.....What a load of f**king *****.
You spend 10.5k UK pounds and in 2,000 miles it's vibing away like a goodun..
Can't they build bikes better than this?
I've had less problems with a Chinese scooter, at least that lasted until 5,000 miles before I had problems with it.
I can buy a brand new car cheaper than what I paid for this bike.
I know how you feel, took an indy to discover I had faulty/dodgy cam lifters on my CVO that was not picked up by dealer. Got replacement lifters under warranty, but you don't expect to be telling them what's wrong with your bike !
