My 2011 Street Bob has done just over 2k miles and yesterday I went out for a 200mile trip for a meet up. Anyway as soon as I got on the Motorway (highway) I could feel the motor seem more vibey than before particularly coming through the right hand side foot rest and hand grip. The motor is running it's usual sweet running self and there are no untoward engine noises, but the vibes made my right hand and foot tingle for several hours afterwards. It ain't pleasant.
I've also noticed the spark plug on the rear cylinder is a slightly lighter colour than the front cylinder. This surprised me coz I thought if there was any bias in fuel ratio between the cylinders, I thought it would in favour of the rear cylinder because it runs hotter due to less air flow.
I will be contacting my dealer, but I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter......or am I over reacting?
Any particular speed/RPM causing this vibration...or was it happening entire duration of ride? Lace wheels can have loose spokes, or steering head/wheel bearing might be acting up & could've thrown a weight. Hard to say, but have dealer check it out w/warranty coverage...good luck!

No fuel bias, rear cylinder runs hotter so plug is lighter in colour (British for color).
