well. I have hd air shocks. they fit just fine. There is a shock cut out in the bags so there was plenty of room.
I did use spacers of the front of the bags so there would be slightly more room for passengers legs
I would bet if you got easy/edge brackets they will work. those brackets you can slide the bags tawards the rear a whole lot. I have seen pictures where the bags stick out farther then the fender. So there are options
