If they haven't changed the frame on the '12's it would fit just like on an '08. I have never scraped my bubs (which is the same as a reinhart pipe) , it's always my heel then the peg that scrapes.
Thanks much, with the wife on we tend to scrape the stock pipe from time to time.
Least we did till I went with HD 13" progressive shocks, but would like to go to just the standard spring rate as it's a bit to stiff with the HD springs.
That probably will let the bike sit a bit lower with both us on.
on my 2012 WG i scraped the stock exhaust quite a bit when 2-up. i put the Rineheart 2 into 1 on and haven't scraped it a single time, definitely improved the ground clearance. i made no other changes to shocks or suspension.
Great to hear NoMax, I like the pipes and they're suppose to give fairly good performance (adding big sucker A/C, S&S cams and TTS Mastertune) and still be quiet enough when needed to keep the neighbors happy.
unless your packing some serious weight the HD progressive shocks are known to be rough riders. With the standard rate springs and 2into1 exhaust you should be fine. Like maddghost mentioned the bub 7's aside from the end caps are identical to the rineharts. Might save you a few bucks, there made by Bub Reinhart

Ya, while I have a few extra pounds and the wife isn't as thin as she used to be, we must fall short of what the HD springs need, like riding an old hardtail it seems..
I am sending them back to have the standard springs installed, that should work out better, shocks are a inch longer and with the standard springs it should work, I hope.
Seems we're between stock shocks and the HD versions.
I might have a discount going for the Rinehearts, but if that falls through I'll look at the Bubs, thanks.
