I have a 06 street bob,the usb port on the powercommander got smashed bike stopped running,now ive removed the p/c but i have a set of v&h drag pipes and an aftermarket air cleaner,the pipes have no o2 bungs,so if i weld in a set will my bike run right without all the backfireing and no idle at all?i need help i cant afford to go to the harley shop for anything so here i am stuck

'06 bikes do have an O2 sensor so I'm not sure what exactly you are talking about. To the OP, you could just run the O2 eliminators that should have been there with the Power Commander and see how it runs.

 

I thought the o2's started on all bikes in 07 with the 96"
If I am wrong, guess it's not the first time.

So, it appears that 06 was a turning point, For 2006 HD Dyna model bikes and all 2007 later HD motorcyles, the Delphi fuel injection now operates in closed loop mode with a pair of narrow band O2 sensors.

 

'06 Dyna with the 6 speed has them on the 88. Also has the new style cam chains. It's kind of a hybrid year.
