Just got mine yesterday. Traded in my Iron 1200 converted for a '12 Switchback. Night and day difference. I did notice vibration, blurring my mirrors, above 2800 rpms. Didn't seem like a big deal coming off of a sporty. But now that I've gone through this thread it's something I'll definitely check out.
The windshield is too short. I told the dealer that I foresee it being a problem and they said it would be fine. But I was right...head bobble with that WS.
Anyway, I left HD dealership around 6pm, went home for about an hour, and went on a night city ride with friends to break her in, and I didn't get home until way after midnight. This bike is way fun. A few little quirks to work out but not a deal breaker by any means. My 5'7" midget a$$ fits perfect on this scooter. I started hating riding motorcycles after a 700 mile trip on my sporty. Something tells me that I'm about to love long trips again! HD got this model right
