They will definetly have to fix the trans and the overheating problem in the rear cylinder. Now, u have to spend about 2,000 dollars to make these problems go away not including the trans problem. Mapping exhaust just to add a few to open her up alittle just to make her run better. Not including the warranty that u should purchase because of these problems.

no change on the Air cooled 96's until 2011 when the EPA approval runs out IMHO.....
After 2011, the EPA want's all H/D's to be Revolution, i.e. V-Rod powered, but HOPEFULLY that can be avoided....

Not avoided, but the engine is TOTALLY different than a traditional H/D motor. They don't feel like a air cooled motor. If you like the old skool hot rod feel, they DON'T have it.
