Have you washed them? They get sticky from hand oils and dirt.
If cleaned, what did you clean them with?
Do you ride with dirty hands?

You asked an open-ended question without any details, other than you have sticky grips.

I can only imagine what some of the posts are going to be.......Although, you asked, so be prepared for some gut bust'n answers.......

No I haven't cleaned them and I don't ride with dirty hands I just noticed it this morning I was just wondering if it was something with the grips or something I might be doing

I ride with gloves and when they get dirty, my grips get sticky. I clean them with Windex.

It's the oil in your hands frying the rubber on the grips. Wash them with rubbing alcohol, and get some fingerless gloves. They're vented and not that hot on your hands.
