Default 2001 Dyna for the wife

This weekend I bought a '01 Lowrider for the wife. It's in great shape mechanically but it sat outside near the coast. All the aftermarket chrome bolt-on parts are corroding and pealing. If anyone has stock parts that are just collecting dust and you're willing to let them go I would be happy to buy them from you. I think the original owner bought and bolted on this:

Chrome Engine Kit for Twin Cam-Equipped Dyna Models-
Kit includes the rocker housing and rocker cover, tappet cover, outer primary, derby cover, cam cover, transmission top and side cover

Basically I need all those parts in black if anyone has them. If not I will probably pull all that off and have it blasted and powdercoated. Probably cost a few dollars more doing it that way, so if I can find the parts here and help someone out with a few bucks it'd be better. Thanks in advance!

Also, if anyone has experience with a good "short people" style seat for this model would love to get your input. My wife can reach with the seat thats on it, but is still not flat-footed. I looked at the one from HD but it's $259. I just want to make sure that she is safe on this bike and a comfortable stance is a good start.

Mustang usually has some seats that will push you further up and enabling you to reach the ground flat footed. My buddy had a '97 Wide Glide and at 5' 6" and a short inseam (< 30"), he was able to stand flat footed.

ebay is always a source for pieces/parts as is the classified section on the forum. Since you already have the parts, it might be easier/faster to just have them blasted/painted locally.....less frustrating for sure.
Seat: I recommend you call Mustang (800-243-1392). Company makes great seats and have the expertize to help you to select the right seat for the bike/rider. Company is located in Ct and the seats are made in Ma.
