Glad your ok, If you only want $ to repair/replace your bike do as posted. If you want pain and suffering, go to the er and get all the tests possible. Your P&S will be based on the total of your medical. Good Luck...

Get a lawyer!!! Depending what state you're in, if they can find that you are even 1% at fault, thay can cut you out completely for reimbursment or any compensation.
I read that in one of my motorcycle magazines recently. That's lawyers for you. %$#@
I hate them, but when you need one, they're great people.
Just wish we could get rid of all the ones in Washington DC.

So.... Get home after a week and the ladies agent weaseled his way into the garage to take pictures "of the license plate number"!!!!
Guy showed up at the house UN-announced! I think he's got the plate number....
Well, anyway, feels suspect so the call has been made...
