Rather than getting too hung up on the CLB tables its more useful to take the first two and last row (1000 & 1125 & 4000 rpm) of the AFR table that are currently in closed loop out of closed loop and put some values around 13.8 in there. This will reduce the idle/low-speed engine temp much better than you can achieve with the CLB tables and will also give you a performance boost at a lower RPM than before.
This was also done on friday by my dynojet tek. I've been riding this bike for 45,000 miles now , No matter what - stock - stage one - pcV - big bore stage II kit, this machine has never run as good as it is right now.

My FM map has the clb set at 700 accross the board, its a stage one map, maybe yours is different because your motor is built? Im not sure what it is you are trying to acheive by trying to lower af in closed loop or what tunning issues you are having with your motor build but I am curious. What cams are you running, head work? If you are trying to lower afr in cruise, have you considered just running an open loop map? The couple of Dyno jet maps that I have opened up and looked at are completely open loop, no target afr above 14.5 in any of the cells.
I have no head work done, the rest of my specs are in my sig. Why I want more fuel is because my afr and ve are just about spot on right now but I'm trying to solve my spark knock. I've done lots of datalogging, but the knock was persisting so i set up my PV guages to moniter knock and added only those values a couple of times , still detecting up 25+ knocks in a half hour log run front and rear each, and I can hear the knocks so they are not false.
I was also told by Jamie at FM that if I lower my afr out of closed loop is fine to run with, but then I would no longer be able to datalog.

AF tables were too small for me to read. I would be tempted to change the clb table to 700 allthough it probably wont make much difference. If your VE's are dialed in that is pretty much the main reson to datalog, I think any way. I may be wrong on this, but I wonder if could run in open loop and still data log/adjust your spark tables. Kinda of a bummer that all your datalogging/tunning didnt dial out the spark knock. I wouldnt be happy if I heard any knocking on my bike either btw.

Logtuner only adjusts the areas that are set at 14.6 (closed-loop) in the A/F table... as far as VE tuning goes.
To OP, I would just go ahead an set your CLB to 700 across the board and be done with it. You can ask FM yourself but they do set them all to 700 and even talk about it in their literature or on their website. However, this will not solve your problem but will at least clean your map up a bit.
If you are sure your VE's are good, then start working more aggressively on lowering your spark values. Logtuner is not very aggressive with removing timing based on your knock events. What I did, while tuning, was any areas that Logtuner removed some timing, I would round those down a full point. For example, Logtuner may take a value from 20.00 and reduce it to 19.88. I would then just round that value down to 19.00. I kept doing that until my spark tables were all set and no audible spark knock heard. Make sure you are doing Front and Rear spark tables.
My plugs are starting to get a nice color right now and the knocking has greatly diminished so right now I feel good about the current map. I'm gonna send an email to the tek who did it for me friday thanking him along with a copy of the map, anew pvv and some log files for review and see if he can't dial the knocks right out. Exactly what I did only Jamie had told me to take them down 2 points, anything that the log tuner changed like 3 or 4 points lower I left alone, I'm going to do some more soon as it stops raining
