I recently bought a helmet lock and it's awful http://www.powersportjunkie.com/Bike.../tr-492979.htm (i didn't get it from these guys so not their fault). The screws aren't long enough and the setup doesn't fit around the frame or anywhere on the bike really....

Anyone out there found a good one?
I have the kuryakin handlebar lock that attaches to the grips. It works nice.
i just got my carabiner style lock.
the one I got was not rubberized like the one in the link I am sending you... so mine is not as easy on the paint.
It is small enough to carry in a chest or back pocket and works great. It's not fort knoxx by any means... so I wouldn't secure a real expensive helmet... but it's good enough to keep the junkies from "trying on" my 3/4 helmet.
I slip it through the d-ring and around my mirror stem... the quality is that of a decent luggage lock. I highly recommend it. well priced.
some guy on a link awhile back had the best idea that has worked well with me for months now... just get a small basic padlock and hang the helmet by its buckle on either the brake lever OR the clutch lever by the grips and it won't slide off the ball-tip... works great, it's cheap, and you don't have to drill any holes or have a goofy-looking lock where you don't want it. No more (or less) protective for your helmet and EASY!
