I like the mid control with highway pegs combination...I like the older W-Glide. not to crazy about the newer WG. To me the older Wide Glide is one of the nicest bike HD has ever made.

Yeah, that...

As someone who has 38K on a Wide Glide, after test riding the Fat Bob - that would be my choice out of the Dyna line up.
I'm not crazy over the looks of the FB, but the ride is where it's at...

I sure like my 2011 FatBob. It's bone stock but the ride is excellent. I would and have picked the FatBob.

Daily driver and ya don't like the Super G ( what, $1500 less than FB or WG, should be able to do forwards and exhaust for that, course than ya need tuner). Fat Bob, all da way man . Better brakes, long fender strut take real saddles bags widout turn signal re-locate, forwards already there, big fat tires and solid rims give big bike feel. Little ugly, but she ride nice ( had girlfriend in Texas, she da same way). Course, am totally satisfied with my S Bob as daily driver, TourBob, etc: like the stripped down, lower weight thingie. WG, no thank you, too much rake interfere with grinding of pegs schedule; FB, nuh uh, frickin' tires too expensive, interfere with rackin' up silly amount of miles per season schedule.

Super Glide all the way. I agree with the mids and highway pegs. Gives you more options when you do go on the long trips. And with money you save can buy a lot of stuff to make it your own. JMO.

Just like asking what should I drink Coke or Pepsi. It all comes down to what you want and prefer. Sounds like you should look for a 07 Wide glide it has alot from both bikes combined.
