Samson Powerflow 3 Exhaust

I am thinking about getting this exhaust for my 2012 FB. Will i have any issues with the exhaust interfering with the passenger foot pegs or the oil dipstick, anybody know? Just want to make sure before i order the exhaust.

I have the PII, there are some clearance issues with passenger foot BOARD mounts if you have longer shocks but the pegs are fine - very nice pipe too, fits good and sounds better and yet not too loud.
