Those bags look just right on your bike, my front end seems to get light in moderate winds around 75mph, this is why i asked about yours , and mine is tilted back more than yours

I have always liked those bags. You do have to put them away from the bike to ensure the axle clears. One thing you may want to consider, since the bags are so large, it connecting them together somehow. Under the fender perhaps, it really helps if you load them heavy.

Don't know the name brand, they were just some cheap 1.25" x 19" bars from my local independent shop.

GJW bike looks good. I was looking closer at your pics do you have kuryakyn forward control extensions on you bike? I'm 6'4" and need a little more leg room on my fxdf I have being eyeing them up but not sure yet. Any thoughts.
