Just got my roadking hard bags mounted and thought I would snap a few pics and show my progress. Thanks to a lot of people here providing visual inspiration, and having a place to search for information. It may not be everyone's taste, but I'm doing it my way.

BTW I might have a nearly new, very worn out Badgcustoms LH solo bag for sale!
Looks good!!! Could you post a pic showing the whole bike from the side (Exhaust side)? Very interesting idea. Always liked RK bags. Never thought they would fit a Dyna but I guess anything is possible.
Wow - Those are some big bags - they must have a lot of room in them.
I have the Dyna bags set up with Barebacks to make them detachable:
More of a Switchback style bike than a full out Touring. The bags look good, but could be larger for long hauls.
Dude those look F'ing Awesome!
Are you still able to run the stock turn signals with out having to relocated them?
Was it easy to mount up those bags?
I really to saddle up with those?
Those look so right on your fatty!

I kept the factory turn signals the bags just sit right over. I built mounts out of 1/8"x2" wide plate, wasn't that bad and I can still use my detachable sissy bar.
Yes they have a lot of room, I can get a 1/2 helmet, light jacket, and gloves in one side.
Looks good, as you can see from my sig I like the toruing style Fat Bob look. Hopefully I will be able to get my hands on an audio fairing by this fall and mine will be setup very similar. DRKHOG on here has one setup like that and he's local to my area so I met up with him and got to check out his Fat Bob setup like that all in matte or PC black. I'm gonna call mine a Fat King lol.
Again thanks,
Below are the side shots. From the back it looks pretty wide in the pictures, in person its not that bad. I wanted regular hard bags, but just settled with hard bags covered in leather.
Robtarra39,
The only times I have a problem, is when riding in heavy winds about 40-50mph, when going 75 or 80mph. Or sometimes when and tractor trailer passes me or I pass one, I can feel the fairing "catch" the wind. Under normal conditions winds below 35mph winds I have no problems at all up to around 85-90mph.
