The wheels look badass; love the look of it with the black. Really for rough alignment don't you just need a reference point on each side of the bike to measure the difference to the axle? If the alignment is off enough I would think the belt would sit in the rear sprocket wrong too.
something seems strange for sure. Even if the alignment was off the caliper housing pivots with the axle/wheel as its adjusted so the pads should actually stay parallel whith the rotor.
Thats some pretty major scoring on the rotor in your pic so you should be able to see whats causing it.
I just looked at mine and nothing other than the pad material comes close to the rotor?

The scoring on the rotor looks bad but actually isn't very deep at all. When I run my finger over it, I feel it but just barely.
It's frustrating because every time I remove the caliper, there are no major scoring marks inside to indicate where it's scraping.
