I had the same issue, they clamped the tire machine to your rotor when they changed the tire and it bent the rotor.

Straighten it.

Bloody hell that's rough workmanship if they did that but still the pad is the only thing the rotor should be contacting, bent or not

my brother in law had issue that are simular to your issue. long story short the wheel bearings were not properly located in the wheel hub. when you press on the brake pedal it pushes the rotor into the brake anchor.

The rotor was not on the wheel when the tire was mounted.

ok you pull the wheel bearings and then reinstalled them? if the are not installed correctly the hub is not properly located on the axel. i belive the wheelbearing on the rotor side should be at the bottom of its boss and the spacer will be next and then the other wheel bearing pressed in to the spacer, has no slack/play what ever you want to call it. get a manual and read it on wheel bearing installation. i bouht new wheel bearing at a local bearing store for 20 bucks a pop, cheap insurance for me.

A quick update to this... I removed the new wheel and reinstalled the old wheel...it works perfectly fine. So I have eliminated anything on my bike as the problem and narrowed it down to the new wheel.

The obvious culprit are the wheel bearings so I'm gonna remove them and reinstall. We'll see how that works.

Could it be as simple as mixing up the spacers ? The one on the right is heaps wider than the left going by the service manual.
