So I finally got one of these. So far I like it alot. Pretty much like having a glove box on your bike. Real sturdy, stays in place, no problems so far. Only thing I dont like is the opening which is tiny, so small I can barely get my hand in there.
I picked one of those bags up a couple of months ago. It's nice and it comes in handy. The small opening is definitely a problem. I had a zipper installed along the top, from the opening across the front and down the side. Much more practical now and a lot easier to get things in and out. I'll post pictures up when I get a chance

I've pretty much used every style solo bag there is for the Dyna's. The Licks was my first. It looks good but like you said the opening is really small. It is difficult to use all of the space unless everything you put in it is small or flexable.
I replaced it with a bag from BAD&G. Nice bag, holds a lot but looks to much like a saddle bag which is not my thing. That one is sitting in the garage not being used.
I recently added the HD solo bag. Similar size and location to the Licks but with a much bigger opening giving it more useable space.

The Licks does look good on your bike though.
I think I would have gone for the HD solo bag if I didnt need my passenger pegs. It is a nice looking bag and a lot easier to get stuff in and out.
