I don't have that Fuel Moto kit (yet), but you're OK with the SE tuner. The key for best results is to have the tuning device your dyno operator is most familiar with.
Fuel Moto is known for working with the PowerVision and would probably get you pretty close to dialed in with a map for that device, but again, you'll get similar results with your SE tuner provided your guy knows how to tweak it.
