I am loving my slim, It seems to fit me well but I really can't compare it as it is the first street bike I have ever had. I am a little over average height at 5-11 and sit very comfortably. I bought based on looks, and size I wanted to stay with something smaller for a "starter bike" but still be able to throw a 2up seat on it and take the ole lady or youngens for a ride. Some day I would love to have a Street Glide but I guess a few miles under my belt slim style can't hert.
saw it in a mag and went down to the dealer to see one in person.....love the look, but it sits real low, has only 24% lean angel ,,, love its look though...i guess i want those wheels on my bike... those are the only thing i dont like about mine.... the rotors are so big you cant see the slots in my wheel and it looks like a fat boy wheel.... which i hate..........but that slim sure looks good....
I really like the Slim too. So much that I went to the dealer with the intention of buying one and trading or selling my Street Bob. I took it for a test ride, hoping I'd love it, but it didn't happen. Just on the tame test ride route with the salesman pacing me on his bike, I dragged the boards three times. There's no way that bike would work for my riding style.
Sorry, i was thinking blackline, which i think is hideous... The slims not bad
I'm with ya on that....and the Blackline is one uncomfortable *** bike to ride. I demo tested one last summer and after about 15 minutes I was ready to get the hell off if it! It's mostly the bars I think...those would have to be changed for sure!
