FXDC with Drag bars?

FXDC with Drag bars?
Ok, so I've done some homework...I've looked up some P/N's, and compared them to stock. The stock bars (Super Reduced Reach P/N 56102-99) on my FXDC, end to end are 30in, pull back 9.25 in, rise 5.25, base width 11.75in with Stock risers. The Drag bars out of HD's catalog (P/N 56558-95) are 27in end to end, pull back 4, rise 0, base width 8.5in. I'm under the impression that these will definetly sit lower, and pull me forward, right? Currently, I'm uncomfortable when riding for more than a couple hours...my low back gets sore, and I never use to have low back pain when riding other bikes. My butt used to get sore when riding with the stock seat, but swapped to a sundowner, and not my backside is not sore, but it is a taller seat, brings me closer to the bars, and I am unable to get in a comfortable position...I can't sit perfectly upright, can't lean forward, and can't lean far backward. I figure a lower set of bars will force me to lean forward more, like a sport bike, but not. Know what I'm saying? Will switching from the stock bar to the drag bar help create the seating position I'm looking for?
Also, will these bars fit properly? The FXDC has the turn signals on the handlebars...if I went with the drag bars, would it cause the signals to contact when turned hard over?
