I did it *** backwards (but thats me all the way), I ground down my spacers about equal length (first mark on the stock ones or close to it), this places the brake disc dead center in the stock brake housing, of course it was only after i did this irelasied that this offset my wheel about 3-4mm in the forks (read not center,

____________<>3-4mm to the left looking from the front
______________|Center of forks
____________|Center of hub/new setup
Axle|spacer|Hub|brake disc|Spacer|axle
__________________|Brake disc dead center in stock brake housing

If that displays correctly if not let me know I can send a picture with it draw up, the solution for me was a bench drill press and a 13mm milling drill bit,
took off housing clamped it to press and mill off material at the mounting location (to allow for it all to move back to the right - looking at it from the front) I just mill a section then moved it and milled again its pretty soft material so no real issue took me like 30m with a few stops and refits to check distance,

Once I had that sorted I just adjusted the spacers, washer on one and cut a chunk off the other one ground it down smooth and fitted it all up again, bleed brakes etc and good to go.

Rear was no issues fitted it and cut one of the spacers mounted fine belt clearance etc all good, I am sure you will have no issues with it.

Let me know if you want pictures etc,
