Fluids change advice ???
Posted this on the Tech Forum, I thought I'd get more responses here.
I have my Dyna on the lift. Doing a pipe change and doing some P.M. I want to change my transmission and primary fluids. Normally I ride the bike and drain the fluids when warm. Will it be ok to do a fluid change cold? Should I flush with ATF?

It's better to change fluid hot cause oil gets thinner and flows faster, cold oil change you may not get all of it out of the drain.
You don't need a flush, however you can get this oil scavenge for a complete oil change. http://www.roguechopper.com/

I was thinking of the ATF flush to thin out the remaining gear oil. Since warming up everything is not an option presently with no pipes & carb. mounted. Just got off the phone with V&H and my bracket is 2 weeks away.
