Awesome! I got all of my parts from New Castle HD today. Still waiting on my boards as they were bought separate but I should have those in the next couple days.

Neal ... funny but I haven't heard you obsessing about whether your pipes will clear the floorboard brackets ...

Do you mean -J05615 ?

Let me know if you need anything else. If that isn't enough, I could scan and email it to you.

So it has come to my conclusion that HD sells all of it foot control kits with a new gear shift lever. I assume they do this so they can not only rape someone of a ton of money for the parts but also to give an excuse to have to charge for an inner and outer primary pull. Is the shape or measurements of the new gear shift lever that comes with this kit different form the stock one or is it that it is chrome and the stock is polished, mine is black and I prefer it stay that way.

I assume you are talking about the one behind the primary. I can take it out and snap a pic and see how it compares with the stock one. I too thought it was odd, knowing that the stock one is used in some applications.

I'm reading all the 3D about footboards for Dyna models, I've a 2010 Fat Bob and I'm interested in doing the same work on my bike.
It looks like all the people that mounted FLD footboards on a Fat Bob, did this after changing the exhaust system...
I would like to know if anyone put on FLD footboards on a Fat Bob with the original 2-1-2 pipe?
I'm now in vacation away from home so I can't check directly on my. Should I have to cut a piece of the heat shield near the right/rear frame mount?
Are there any problem with brake rod?
Thanks!

Yeah I know, the Side Shots are good for something I guess. No clearance issues!

Does the primary need to be opened to install? What does this involve? Was ready to order but if to involved may not go this route right now.
