solution to my problem?
Before I take it to the dealership I was hoping one of you may help me out. My '10 wide glide is giving me trouble. The left rear running lights wont work. Its not the filaments because I switched bulbs around and the bulb and filaments work great. Its not a fuse either and I'm don't know what it is. I'm running out of solutions. Help please!

left and right rear lamp assemblies plug into the tailight harness assembly. follow the wires from the back of the light fixture to a connector. Unplug and plug the connector to see if the connection was bad. I think you can plug and unplug both right and left assemblies. Switch them at the connectors to see if the problem goes with the connector or stays in the right. If it stays in the right the problem is in the lamp or socket base. if it goes to the left the problem is in the connector or the harness.

got my rights and lefts mixed but I'm sure you got the idea. It is the old dictionary game. Find a logical point to try to switch up the problem and see where the problem goes. Either the problem resides in front of or behind where you made the switch.

I tried TS it but couldn't figure out the problem. Last night when I was riding, the headlamp went out. I'm just gonna bite the bullet and take it in. Now lets see how much they'll steal from me
