I've been getting around 14k on the front and 9-10k on the rear stock Dunlops. Mostly 2-up riding, and I ride like an old man because that's what I am.
BTW when I bought mine new in '06 the MSRP was a little over $16,000.
Check out local dealers and Craigslist for the going asking price in your area.

Sammi
See that's what I'm saying.
Something doesn't sound rite with the wear to mileage ratio.
Personally, I would get rid if the HD tires and replace both front and rear with better tires. That's just me though. I also wouldn't mix brands. Check the date codes on the tires. First 2 numbers will represent the week the tire was manufactured, and the next 2 numbers will be there year. Example: 3205 would mean the tire was manufactured in the 32nd week of 2005. If the tires are over 4 years old, I'd replace them. The date code should be in the same area where you see DOT.
Some guys say they get 15k out of their front tire. I'm get around 12k on my front, and 8 to 10k from the rear. I don't wait til they wear too much though, so I guess if someone wants to push it, they can get more out of them.
It's actually a private sale on a military base "lemon lot" a FSBO lot. Bike looks good, tank has no dings, chrome shines, the only detractor is the rear wheel. Looks like mno one bothered to clean it with the rest of the bike. Mufflers have no rust or discoloration and are stock, have the HD EPA imprint on the bottom. Course they may have been in a box in a garage till recently. Tires had 2-3/32nd front and maybe 4-5/32nd in the rear. Didn't have my tire depth gage with me
I don't know her well. She is a slender 5'3' and had had HD bikes in the past. Don't know what her skill level.
I actually might look for a similar bike around the 1st of the year to compliment the FLHTK. Going to retire next year and take trips on the EG, Also will load it in my toyhauler and can see having a smaller lighter bike for day cruising. If she shows no interest, it's tempting.
What issue should she or I look for in an 07?
I have no idea what that means, but I'd sure check that bike out.
Tires:...replace 'em, if for no other reasons than peace of mind and safety. (I replaced my stock Dunlops for under $250 mounted)
A motivated seller will make a deal if there is cash in the hand.
If I were buying it, tires would go, and no I would not replace with HD version. What I meant by is there any issue to look at. 0n the touring, the frame changed in 09, much better. Compensator was changed in 11 or late 10. Some early version of injections had problems, 6 speed gear ratios changed. Stuff like that. I'll give her 2-3 weeks to think about it and might look for myself. Vacation soon to NC, VA, and WV mountains. Going to be some good riding.
LDB187, what is the mileage and condition of the bike you have for sale?

If your riding through Charlotte during your vacation swing by and have a beer or two. Regarding your question. I'm not aware of any changes to be concerned about. I do know it went from a 88ci in 2006 to a 96ci in 2007.

Thanks for the info and offer. Going to loading the bike in a toy-hauler and spending 3 nights near Asheville and 3 in Wytheville VA. I'll get 4 good days riding the NC, VA, WV mountains and the comforts, well almost, of home in the RV. When I retire next year there will be much longer trips. Might add a smaller cruiser to the "fleet", thus the Lowrider or similar.
2005 was the last year for the Bill over the Headlight which I always thought of as being a signature part of the Low Rider appearance from it's introduction in 1977. Also I believe that 2009 was the last Model Year for the Low Rider Model. The Blackline has resurrected the FXS Code but IMHO it's not really a Low Rider.
