Exclamation Dakota Digital gauges...
They say they are a direct plug and play, but my 06 super glide is not equiped with a tach, once i plug this bad boy in, will i have a tach ?

I have been looking back and forth for some dakota digitals haven't decided what I want to do yet. They seem like plug and play, but for your bike you may need the tach and speedo

even though you don't have a physical tach, the bikes sends a signal for one. so yes, when you plug the gauge in the tach will function. i have one and really like it.

That's what I thought, just would hate to waste $300. I have no complaints with my stock unit, except I need a tach.

i was in the same boat. i got it in blue to match my flush mount led fuel gauge. looks great.

Worst case scenario you may have to run a wire from your coil to the gauge, that was my case on my 05, no big deal and it works perfectly.

Put one on my 07 Street Bob, love it! I now have a tach (digital sweep and digital). All of the functions work, even displays all gears, not just 6th.
Can't go wrong, got mine in blue with a black bezel. It was really Plug n Play.

Check Ebay or Direct Cycle Parts.

I just installed one on my 09 Fat Bob about 2 months ago. It was really as simple as plug and play. Maybe a 10 minute install. I spent longer playing with some of the settings. I took me a few weeks to get use to it but I love it. Loks great with the flush mount gas gauge.

where is the best price to buy the fuel and cap, and also the center gauge for a street bob?
