Won't start when cold
You have other issues if your scoot isnt firing right up. I know I live in a very warm state. (Mississippi)
but its 28 here in the mornings now and my 15 dyna wide glide has no problems on the first push of the button. Just start with the basics:
Intake, compression, power, exhaust.
Go through each one of those one at a time till you've covered everything.
get a manual.
