FROM 150 TO 160 for 2000 Dyna Pics
Well Winter is upon us here and time for more mods on bike.
Ordered DAKOTA Speedo Tach + Custom Tank Bid and now looking at chrome wheels.
Have been doing some research and have seen that I can put a 160/60-18 (18 x 4.25) rim on rear tire rather than original 150/80-16 (16 x 3) run WITHOUT any modifications to bike swingarm.
Checked the wheel diameter with math formula and have only a ź height difference between the two overall tire diameter.
MY MAIN question is HAS ANYONE DONE THIS MODIFICATION and if so Did you see any handling differences PLUS do you have pics to see what this mod looks like on the bike because I realize this is kinda like a LOW PROFILE tire versus the original 16" rim. Don't want to alter the handling of the bike because rides like a charm as it is, very tight handling and don't want it to become lazy especially doing more two up with new girlfriend.
