Ok here is the problem (or mayby not a problem)
06 FXDCI, at first service by dealer installed the HD intake Stage I and the HD slip on mufflers p/n80366-99 and HD dowload to match.
The sound is plenty for me, and there is noticeable difference in power ....but I now notice more vibration when decelerating and not very smooth at lower speeds and RPM as compared to stock. What gives ? I was expecting a smoother running set up. Stock was better.

OK new at this, Nothing has been changed... how can I tell which injectors are installed ?
Would chnging the intake and slip on effect this ?
I read here about PCIII and CERTs.... could that be an issue ?
