Default Heel Shifter for FXD - mids

I rarely wear my boots when riding but when i do i have a tough time shifting. has anyone tried any type of heel shifter for mid controls on an fxd. i cant find any listed in the harley book. i really dont want to go to foreward controls. i also cant adjust my present shift lever up as it gets too high for my comfort on downshifting. any ideas would be appreciated.

Get one of these:

J/K, I don't see how you could put a heel shifter on with mids, other than a custom-fabricated lever.

Good luck.

You could probably rig up something but with the close spacing of the shifter shaft and the footpeg, clearance for a heel shifter might be a hard thing to deal with. You could try this from Dewey's Pegs, or maybe a heel/toe from a touring or softail could be modified.
