get a street bob and add the extras. Get a used one and you will save a ton. The savings and price difference will more than make up for the extras that come on the switchback and you get to personalize it.

I'd choose a Wide Glide.

I bought the FXDC and have modded it into what I wanted. Windshield, LeatherPro bags, new seat, sissy bar and luggage rack, D&D pipes, BS intake, forward controls, handle bar risers, etc and I know I have done all of that for less than what I would have to pay for a Switchback.

I looked and researched a lot before finally deciding on the switchback. I was torn between the heritage and the fatboy when i discovered the switchback. I found the best of both worlds and love it. A bike is a personal thing and everyone will have their opinions but the only one that matters is yours. Look ride decide than ride some more...

I'd rock a Super Glide over the Switchback. If I had a bike with hard bags, it would be a big bagger.

FWIW, I would recommend a Fat Bob over all of them.

fwiw, i bought a switchback a few months back, and I love it. Best of both worlds, I don't miss my softail custom at all.

it would be the fxdc for me. if it was still around would pick the fxd and spend the money saved on performance mods. You can always add a QD windshield & bags
