Default help

Ok here is whats happened, ive recently bought a super glide custom on a 56 plate 5300 miles, but yesterday i was offered a streetbob on 09 plate 2600 miles the one with the grey casings, touring seat, forward controls, screen, immaculate, he said he would take mine and extra £1000. I know its personal thing but some input would be good i like chrome on the supper glide but i like the idea of not all that polishing on the streetbob. So do i or dont i ?

Why would you want to step down?

Well, you are getting a newer bike, less miles and the EFI technology improved with the later model, all of which is good. Not sure there is an big difference in the amount of chrome though.

Can you easily spare £1K?

Anything been done to either bike stage-wise?

Who's selling the new bike?

I have no idea what "on a plate" means but I'd say keep the Custom.

Its UK license plate terminology. Means it was first registered in the 2nd half of 2006.

Street bob is more stripped down. Personally I love them, but would never buy an '09 because I don't like the silver engine. Other members love the silver engine. It's a personal decision.
